The Mason’s materiality honours heritage and tradition and was inspired by the 19th century Port Credit Brick Company that originally occupied the site. A rich legacy extends from the time Thomas Nightingale opened his brickyard in 1891, with his masonry workers living on-site in bunkhouses, to today with the rise of this exciting new addition to the Brightwater community. Respecting the history of the site, the heritage of Port Credit, and the pride of quality workmanship, The Mason is the next evolution of the Brightwater vision.
