Skip to contentOnce you are ready to purchase a unit at Brightwater, you will receive a copy of your Agreement of Purchase and Sale. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your condominium unit purchase and will include several schedules with further detail. As per the Condominium Act, you have 10 (ten) calendar days to review the agreement and supporting disclosure documents with your lawyer to ensure this decision is right for you.
You will also receive a draft copy of your condominium’s declaration and description, which disclose and govern how your future Condominium Corporation will operate.
At this stage, we ask that you ensure all of your contact information is correct and that you notify us if at any point in time your personal contact information or the contact information of your lawyer changes. We also ask that you provide your lawyer’s contact information as soon as possible.
Customizing your new home is an exciting time to make your space reflect your personality and sense of style. Depending on the timing of approvals and building permits, our Customer Care team will reach out before or early-on in the construction process to invite you to explore a variety of hand-selected standard and upgraded finishes.
An invitation to begin the selection of your finishes will be shared with you over email, so be sure to keep an eye on
your inbox and to make sure our sales team has your latest
contact information.
