  7. Any providers of cable, telephone, telecommunication, security alarm systems, hydroelectricity, chilled water/hot water, gas metering systems/ services and/or other similar or related services to the project
  8. Any relevant governmental authorities or agencies, including, without limitation, the Land Titles Office, the Ministry of Finance, Canada Revenue Agency, and the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.
  9. Our solicitors.
  10. The condominium corporation, in the case of a condominium project.
  11. Our accountants and/or auditors.

We may also disclose personal information where we are required to do so by law.

Right to Access Personal Information

If you become aware of any changes in your personal information, please contact us to update and/or correct any inaccuracies. You have the right to access your personal information, however these rights are not absolute. If we refuse to provide you access to your personal information, we will endeavour to provide you with reasons for the refusal.

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry.
